SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE!!!!!!!!! Walker Valley Run this coming Saturday, 17, December. I just returned from 2 weeks of tuffing in out in Las Vegas while working at Nellis AFB. I lost track of the family schedule while I was gone. The wife and kids will be out of town this weekend so...I'M GOING WHEELING!! I haven't been in my Jeep since the Naches Run so I'm JONESING!! I will be heading up to Walker Valley probably 0700 stop at Denny's for breakfast. Then, 0800 in The Pit to lockin and airdown. I know it's short notice but, anybody who wants to come along is welcome. Just be at Denny's at 7 or in the Pit at 8.

This run will be a good prequel to Alex's January 7th run. If anybody is worried they can't hang or just want to check out the trails, you can come along this Saturday. I will be getting there early as when I go to Walker I always plan to run every trail. I think I'm going to start out with Upper Mainline and Expressway, this time. The last 2 times I've run Walker, I've started with Lower Mainline. I also want to check out Ron's Run to see if "the volunteers" have done anything to make that trail half as fun as it used to be before they "Paved" it with river rock.
