Well framing comes after foundation, so ill have some work parties comeing up

 

Keep us posted on the work parties, I'll drive up to lend a hand and I have a few tools like a skill saw, miter saw, nail bags that type of stuff. Im not an expert but I can swing a hammer ;-)

I think I can build a foundation, I do have a civil engineering degree.

 

As soon as permits are approved ill be ready to build
