Oh, okay, I misunderstood you. I will give Alex my long side shaft, then. I have the same setup for both sides of the D30....and my passenger side spare is a 1 piece inner. I hate the 2 piece passenger side inner shafts. I broke one and i'll never go back.

buck is a life saver!!! Right on man i appreciate it, ill keep looking for a couple replacements to give one back to you. I have a spare hp 30 sitting in my back yard but its the one i took out of my jeep to get rid of the vac disco lol. So the drivers side will work fine from it but the passenger side is useless to me.

Do you know by chance if your spare has the 260 u joint or 297x?

Unfortunately, it has 260 U-joints. I know they are the smaller ones but I got a great deal on the shafts and I figured on only ever using them if I had to after grenading one of the shafts in my axle, to get me home.

Arrangements are all made. Alex and I will meet in Seattle on Friday afternoon before he leaves town. I will give him the axle shaft and he will give it to you in Cle Elum.

Hey Timmy, do you know what the elevation is there at Rimrock? I was just curious since it's only 15 miles east of the White Pass ski area. It must really be pretty high up in the mountains.

Not sure, but it is decently high. There is no snow though.

Sweet, and it should be a little drier than when you and the Jeep Unit were last there. Should be perfect. Just wet enough to have mud to play in but not so much deep water.
