Default Reiter Pit Open for 4x4's

I hear that Reiter Pit is now open for 4x4's on a limited basis.
Everett Herald
"Off-road enthusiasts came out to test the state Department of Natural Resources' newly completed tracks and provide feedback for future trail designs. More opportunities to test the trails are set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday and on Feb. 9 and 17, and March 9 and 24."

Does anyone else have any info on this?
Is it open to anyone?

Here is some pictures in the Everett Herald ..
