Live in the Issaquah area; have '99 Cherokee 4.0 5-spd; any recommendations for a mechanic in the area who knows the rig inside & out, understands what to look for and how to resolve something like "there's a sound like castanets inside the dash, to the left of the steering wheel, that clatters/clicks when going over rough places" or "there's a snap/knock/pop in the front end when I, for example, stop and back up into my carport or am turning out of a parking lot into the street" and doesn't want to retire on just what I would pay for services? Much appreciated.

The dash just clicks in. Theres a few screws here an there that are easy to get too. That would save you some money. Maybe somthing is loose. I have my dash apart right now on my 98. When I get a free chance I can glance at it look to see if I see somthing. Im also close to you. Im in covington
