Got some more work done, kind of crappy pics due to crowded space lol

Got the front bumper and brackets taken off, read for the winch and winch bumper.

Removed the master/booster and put in my upgraded wj master/booster. Need to bleed brakes and its ready to rock.

Put on the rear quarter panel armor.

Whitey is really getting that Beastley look like his grandad Ole Blue had!!!! Keep up the good work, buddy. You will get him done in time to tear some trails up. I really am going to be hating myself for having to miss that Naches run. Sometimes work really sucks but, then I get that next really nice paycheck from being out on the ship and then I get happy, again....LOL. Looking forward to more pics.

Got more done to it yesterday. Filled the tcase and front diff with fluilds. Got my new steering linkage from FST in, it works great, I forgot to take a pic of it though.

Fixed my temp gauge so it works with the new motor. On older jeeps, 91-96 there was 2 spots for temp sending units, one in the head near the back of the motor, and one in the tstat housing. The one in the head is for the temp gauge. Well I put in a motor from a 98 jeep and it didnt have that sensor. So here is a pic of what i did. I put a T fitting on the tstat housing and threaded both sensors into it, then extended the wire for the sensor to the new spot. Works like a champ!!

Also cut and folded the rear fender, and cut the front. Turned out really good.

Timmy, your rear fender cut and fold really turned looking nice and clean. Could you do a post with a step by step of how you did it. I've never done it before is why I'm asking. I'm most likely going to end up doing that to Great White if it rubs at all when I do the test flex after I get the lift installed. i really like how your turned out. I might want to Copy Cat you ...LOL.

Thanks buck! Basically i just cut around all the pinch welds on the rear fender, then hammered over the lip that was left over so it wouldnt seperate. Now I just need to put some of that epoxy filler stuff under there so it doesnt rust and its good to go!

Today the winch, bumper, rack, cb, elec fan switch, mud flaps, and finish up the brake system. Ill try to get pics this afternoon.

Well its about 90% complete, what do you guys think? I think it turned out pretty good.

Past few days i have been fighting with my brake system so i havent got to drive it yet.

Ill take more pics when i get it out of the garage and cleaned up.
