Well I finally found time to finish my HP 30 install...

Steering works great...no more front driveshaft vibes at 65, and also added some limiting straps to save my shocks!

I used 3/4-5/8 heims on the tie rod, 3/4-3/4 heim with high mis-alignment bushings on the knuckle end of the drag link, and an F150 TRE (has a 25 degree rake) on the pitman arm side of the drag link.

The only thing left is to move my steering stabilizer up out of harms way...

your springs are arched forwad a bit, your front end is built very nicely

Thanks. I noticed that too in the pics but once it sits at ride ride height they don't bow...

You build the steering links yourself?. Whatcha use. If not where'd get em?

Yes i did. I made the weld-in bungs for the heims myself, bent the tierod and draglink and welded it all. I used 1.25x.125 DOM for the DL, TR and Trackbar. Also I used 3/4x3/4 chromoly heims.

Hmmm I wonder if I could do that....I'm sure I could find some joint I the web, I can find the tube down the street, don't have a bender....say how much....
