i got some parts in the other day so i thought i would post up. i got my PSC external power steering reservoir and hi performance hi flow pump so that my steering will work a bit better. only one issue.... i ordered the wrong pump. so i have to wait another week or so to get the right one shipped to me.

sooooo..... my steering box went bad after i installed my new PSC power steering pump and reservoir. so i bit the bullet and ordered a PSC tapped steering box which arrived yesterday. i got it installed and took her for a spin today. wut a difference! those 3 mods made my hydro assist a night and day difference! i will be headed out to naches this weekend to test her out in the rocks!

Time to bump this back up, figure I am gonna start piecing some stuff together to do this. I have been soaking up as much crap off of pirate as I can. So I got a couple questions. Is it possible to mount the front shackle further back, maybe just an inch or two just to help out with approach angle. Gonna add a track bar for sure though I gotta try and avoid the assist. If you did it again would you go with a 60, thinking of picking up an extra set of 37's or larger just for wheeling.

Just read the whole thread and wow that's some impressive work you've done. Super jealous ha! Happy mine isn't my daily anymore cause I can start doing crazy things to it IF I keep it.

No major updates. Havent had much time to wheel or work on it. I did however put new seats in, add some parts to the cage for extra bracing, and i am finishing up a front trac bar today actually. I will be taking it out this weekend so i will post pics when i get back

I LOVE my new suspension seats. Last saturday was my wife's first time riding in it since the rebuild, she told me she could fall asleep while cruising down the trail. Which seats did you go with?
