Where: Fred Meyer Parking Lot, 20904 state route 410, Bonney Lake.

From the Tri Cities I would assume you would just meet there, not come all the way to Bonney Lake and then drive back?
Anyways, tentatively I will make this one.

Yeah, Bonney Lake is over on the west side of the mountains and we will be heading east on Hwy. 410 to the town of Greenwater. Where FS70 turns off of 410. You would save a lot of backtracking if you just meet us there at 9:00am.

The only problem with that plan is that last year Chinook pass was closed by the time we did this run, although we did have a lot of early snow last year. It is typically open until the end of November so you will want to watch the pass report if you want to make the run. If the pass is open you would head west on Hwy 410. About 25 miles past Chinook summit turn right on FS 70, just before Greenwater. Just park right there on the side of the road after you turn and we should be there around 9:00am. Let us know if you plan to make the run so we will know to meet you there.
