Pretty much the same thing here...

Finishing my computer science degree at 30 isn't a lucrative position

I've never been as the driver, I went with my dad back in 2007 for a three week trip. We road tripped down from WA, spent a week and a half there, road tripped back. Was a ton of fun and I've wanted to go back ever since...

*with my own rig of course*

There is a surprising amount of terrain you can cover in a smaller "not-so-modified" rig.

When we were there most of the guys were on 35s or bigger with lockers front and rear, armor, long arms...bla bla bla

But there was an older couple that showed up with a TJ on some all-terrain 33s with chrome nerf bar steps and bumpers to match. They went with us that day to run Prittchet Canyon and completed the whole run (with a bypass or two).

Depending on the time and location I would be interested in meeting up with some people. I live up in Silverdale but I think the Jeep would be able to make a short road trip without any issues.
