Naxja has a hangover run, I went on it last year and plan to go again this year. I'm kinda feeling like trying to run archers, but coming in from hwy 6 and running it the back way depending on how much snow. But I'm not for sure what I'm going to do yet

I'm going. learned about this over on NAXJA. I'm mostly stock and not wanting any body damage or anything, so I'll be taking some passes on the harder trails. maybe some of the shockish guys can split off and do some easier trails?

Oh, hey muddytrck... didn't see you there. :P

I think they do, if not there, I know for a fact Bi-mart does. I know because I just got mine tonight. But the Shell does them too. If you stop to fill up, its a one stop shop.

Yeah, I'd love to get a map, new or old. I straight up don't have one. Been years since I've been up there. Been there 3 times. All 3 were with guys that knew the place in and out. It was hard for me to keep up on where exactly we were. I'd like to run powerline again when I'm up there this time.

I think we are going to go for almost anything. if the second Cherokee is with us he has 4.5 lift with 31 and no body protection open front rear. not much of a wheeler rig yet. he might have a little trouble with not getting rocker damage

You'd be fine on like 95% of the trails.

Word, yeah I just don't want any damage before I get some sliders, lift, ect ect ect. I know what a pretty stock cherokee will do if you don't care about it (my old 88). Super fun little rigs. I went places in that I had no business being.

Damage for us is like pictures to a photographer...reminds us of where we've been and what we've done/accomplished. Its our badges of honor, I like mine. My other xj I owned for 5 years, washed it 4 times. But mall crawling and looking cool wasn't what I was into.

Yeah, I'm super into "mall crawling" ...

Just because I don't want it beat to hell, doesn't mean I "mall crawl". I use my Jeep as a daily, and for work. It can't be beat to *****. I have no issues with trail pinstripe. But until I get it where it needs to be, I have to take it easy.

What I really want, is another XJ like my old '88. 5.5" 33's, and not a care in the world. Had exactly zero armor, and I didn't care. I bought it after a huge limb had fallen and Z'd the roof and hatch for $200. Used a lift at work to straighten the roof as much as possible, put on a CL special $40 hatch, lifted it and had a TON of fun.

Mall crawlin was not directed towards you, just a broad spectrum reference. My old xj was my daily as is the one I drive now, and I did a majority of the tsf trails open/open 4.5" 33's with no armor. No problems there, my damage all occurred via goat and hunter side due to sheer stupidity and lack of pedal etiquette. Stumps and trees seemed to just jump out at me.
