So I built this new rack from scratch. This picture was taken before I painted or mounted the thing. The dimensions are 6FT long, 4FT wide, 1in pipe, 5 1/2 inch spacers. What do you all think?

1) I mounted it with some clamps to the rain gutter on the jeep, There bolted to the rack so I can easily remove the rack for maintenance.
2) The rack is made out of 1in diameter pipe and all the joints are triple bead welded. It would take a lot to break the rack.

I'm in need of 2 shocks, leaf's, coils and/or spacers. Maybe some 30/31 inch tires. I used 2; 20 foot 1 inch pipes, 3 cans of spray paint, and about 5 hours worth of work welding, grinding, and painting. P.S I will buy the steel and what ever paint color you want.

do you have a pic of the racks bottom? i would be interested in taking you up on that.
i have some measurements i can give you as my cab is a good bit shorter than yours is. i can make one of these racks my self as i am a fabrication engineer, but you have done a damn good job on it and it would save me time amongst all the other projects i have going on . my rig rossies rig etc.....

Oh and a reason why I designed my rack the way I did is because I intend on drilling some holes to run wiring for lights, air compressor, and any other junk I need. The wiring being in the pipe will keep things neat and clean looking.

Sounds good Oxen__ send me a PM with your number and I will text you to get dimensions. The over all cost was about 75$ in steel and paint.
