Ok let's hear the stories about this monster mudhole headed up the mainline at walker valley!

Let's hear about vehicle type, tire size, lockers, or winch used and any other details that might HAVE or HAVE-NOT got the job dun. PICS TOO!!!!

 

I went through it the other day when I saw you up there on Saturday. I decided to go straight instead of taking the side trail. With plenty of skinny pedal I got all the way to the far side and my front wheels up on the drop off. That was it though. That was as far as she'd go throwing goo everywhere. When I backed up for another run I couldn't even get my front wheels back up on the bank. I have a mud ring that goes all the way around my Jeep from it above the level of my bumpers. I am lifted 6 inches and on 33s. My tires were out of sight in the goo....LOL. Had to get dirty cuz my winch hook was under the surface of the goo. I hooked up to the nearest tree and winched right out but that stuff in that pit was nasty!! I will be ready to try the side trail next time...LOL!!

 

How bad is it?

 

mann, i want to try that hole! 35's and 6.5 inch lift, would i make it? hmm

 

Do you have 4.88 or lower gears? If not those 35s won't help you get through this goo.

 

Ok unless some drastic action is taken like digging a trench or throwing in about 50 hay bales that mud hole will get bigger!!! The other way around is squeezing between the trees just to the left, which I have not even attempted yet. Looks like a body basher and lights crusher way too go. I'm sure the mudhole may dry out more in the summer but as for now I hope you got a tow rope or winch close by!!!!!!

SWEET!!! Cuz I have 4.56 gears and 33s and I drove my Jeep into that mudhole like I stole it and I still had to winch out...LMAO!!! It sure was fun getting stuck, though...LOL!!

What kind of tires are your 35s? The extra height might just do it for ya if the tread is aggressive. LOL...and the "trying like h**L" part, well, that is the FUN part!!
