Default Looking for help on TJ flares

Soon should come my 4.5 inch kit! Along with this I want to throw 33's underneath it too. Ive got 15x8 with 3.75 BS coming in soon to help those. ( Ill be selling my 16x8 blackrocks with 4.25 soon after, just throwing that in there...) Anyways, I know for a fact I'm going to have to trim up to fit the 33s and get wider fender flares anyways to accomodate the Washington state fender flare law. I want TJ Flares. Love the look of them, and they are also $300 less than bushwackers. I'm not sure if I want to do the whole front and rear set, or stick 4 rear flares on all corners, please throw in an opinion! This is where I need help, and I mean physical help. I don't have the tools or knowledge to get this done. Would someone in the area ( i'm in woodinville, WA ) be able to help with this? As long as you live on the West side of Washington, thats close enough. I'm wanting to keep the professional look without the professional cost, and i'd rather not mess it up by "practicing" on this xj And of course no one works for free...
