it looks like this. progress pics to follow.


got some shackle re-locators and 5 inch front coils. so i'll be on 6.5 lift.

chopping up my truck. got some neat plans laid-out to make a rear slider window , lexan with a aluminum frame. got a sweet air craft lock for the window.

so chop, lift, build a new rear window. going to put my pop out windows back on and go for a king cab to have room to store my tools inside the rig. see how it goes

did the rough cut to the cab . i want to reuse the pop out window. going to measue out a frame and cnc a big plate of aluminum to fit in perfect and riv-it the part in. or steel then i could cleco it in place and weld it in. need to price the metal. also make some nice bed rails to go on so it doesn't look unfinished.

dont hold me to this thought, but i searched the web for other 2d xj's that are chopped and have the pop out window. didn't find a single one. so its gotta be one of a few .

chops yours like jake with the white xj or some thing.

Now now chop tips are't for every one I don't know much about 2doors but chopping the top off a 4 door opens up a can of worms!
