some help installing my jeep axles.

i have a d30 & d35 to replace my current set but they have lower gears . so a strait forward swap.

i can offer lunch & gas money and a some beer if your of age. i'm free all week.

i need a hand getting this axle out. i hurt my back a week ago and i am just not a 100% right now.

Man I wish I had more time off and was a little closer.I could have both done in under 1 1/2 hours and thats taking my time.I have done at least 10+ axle swaps I can do a swap on a trail in no time at all.What takes the longest is bleeding the brakes and thats only the rear. Well if you dont get it done buy friday let me know maybe I could help saturday if the wife dont have any plans for me.good luck if you have any questions please ask.Dont forget to buy new u-bolts and center pins...And if you have the any torx bolts on the front axle throw them away and use a normal type bolts.This will save you time and headaches on the trails if you need to replace something.And if buy replacement bolts always buy a spare at the same time and throw it in the jeep (make sure you put it in the jeep I have forgot and it sucked)

i can get the axles shafts out and done like ya say. its the whole housing needs to come out after i pull them. bcause they been rebuilt recently. my new axles u-joins are shot. so i get to pull those once its in as well. i just need/ wan the help to pull out the housing cus i just cant heave it righ now.

if your free sat i would enjoy the help. assests91 has also been trying to get up this way to help as well. as another guy form naxja. this is just a hard time of year to do stuff with family plans and holidays so i'm not crying just yet

Yea I was talking about the whole housing assembly.Axle shafts I got down to less then 15 minutes per side to pull and replace on a trail.I will talk to her and see if not saturday.sunday should be good if that works.

any day any one is available works for me. i wana go to walker on the 7th if possible then its snow runs on mt baker )

well got one axle out toda. the driver sides being a bit of a pain but i got it to come out a bit so i blasted it with some more PB blaster give ago again here in a bit.

ok my 410 axle is in in the front hell yeah . the shafts are out of it as well. now i can swap my shafts and rebuild the rear brakes tomorrow.

also the front is on 5.5 - 6 inches of lift woot.

the rear should be about the same an i got the 4 degree shims today will install with the rear shackles tomorrow too.

new brake lines to go on and my shock extensions . will follow up with pics soon>

I work tomorrow....I work at the les Schwab in town and Sunday I have the Whidby 4x4 sober up run to be at! I will be open to help some Monday if you need a hand! You may have seen my yj before I am a reformed xj guy maybe tommarow night I will stop by and see your progress!
