i did a new blower motor and it sounds like its blowing hard but hardly moves air out of the top vents lol i gave up checking lines to get everything to work right

 

Does your heater box have a hole in it. I had a Chev pick up do that and it was blowin air out a crack befor the heater core. So it was always cold.

 

I found the information on this site to be helpful but I thought I should add a couple of things
It was the least I could do since My Alldata doesn't have that much detail for cars almost 20 years old

My 2001 Sport was stuck on Defrost and it turned out to be a couple of things.
The rubber elbow on the intake manifold had literally turned to mush.
Why can't they make a piece of rubber hose that you can heat and cool thousands of times over 18 years and still function is beyond me... :-P

The next problem I found was the the vacuum feed line to the interior controls had rubbed on a piece of steel and broke.
This hose is a really thin plastic hose under the evap control solenoid going through the firewall with the AC hoses

This was a bit more of a pain since I had a heck of a time finding 2" of 1/8 id vacuum hose.
