Does anybody know WHEN they are goin to close evans creek this year for the winter?

My internet ears are burning. My name is Bill and I am the Wheelers of Washington Evans Creek representative. Starting this year the FS will begin closing Evans Creek ORV from December 15th - March 31st. Technically this rule has been in place for a while but was not enforced. I have been told that they will be installing a gate at the entrance to Evans before the Dec 15th closure date and will actually be enforcing it this year.
