Default Aussie locker for dana 30

I installed an aussie locker in my dana 30 and when I put my my jeep in 4x4 the locker would make banging noises when I would turn. It wasn't really bad but definately noticable. If any of you guys have this locker can you give my some input

It's unlocking, popping tires around because of traction.

My Aussie makes lots of ratcheting noise in my 8.25 on pavement when turning. I couldn't imagine the noises and binding that would happen on pavement with Aussie in front. As long as you followed the lock-unlock procedures in the installation manual you should be fine.

On pavement i cant hear the locker at all. Its off road where its noisy. Ratchets ands pops a lot, especially when not going dead straight.

it shouldnt do that. Investigate before you ruin it. While offroad and power going to the wheels(4x4) it should always be locked. If its unloading/ratcheting, something is wrong.

Do you run the same air pressure on both front tires when you air down? I was kinda having a simlar reaction with mine and I started being super **** about tire pressure and the aussie has behaved ever since. The only times it pops now is on u turns at a decent pace
