Yeah, I'm glad nobady thought to take a pic during the snow run when I ran my Jeep off the side of the road. I would have never lived that one down. Putting it on it's side up at Walker Valley was bad enough...LOL.

Won't have to worry about anymore sliding. I air my new Maxxis down to 10 PSI and they will darn near float on top of water...LOL....and traction is no problem. Bring on the snow.

10 is about as low as i would go without bead locks. but hell if you have onboard air and a ratchet strap drop them down lower and see how low they can go before you start popping beads.

im just itchin to get back out in the snow. hopefully we will have another decent turn out like last winter

tighted it around the entire tire then use an air compressor to seat the bead back on the rim. kinda hard to explain. unless you have an air tank then you shouldnt need the ratchet strap

That snow run at Evans Creek is still the best snow run I've ever been on and the BEST turn out from the PACNORWEST CF crowd to one 4wheeling run, yet! We had 6 XJs and one lone TJ. I hope we can get even more XJs this winter. If you like playing in the snow, the snow run at Evans will not disappoint.

Allan I hear you all have a Tahuya run coming up on 10 or 11 October. I think I would like to tag along. Also the CF guys are doing a run at Evans Creek on 26 September. The whole Whidbey4x4 group would be more than welcome to come along on that one. So far, I am the only guy from Whidbey that is going but, you guys could cruise down to Bonney Lake with me to meet up with the rest of the guys. We had 6 XJs at the last Evans Creek run.

OK boys and girls I completely forgot to post this up here, my bad. I will give you the link to my 4x4 clubs page where I did the write-up on the weekend. I didn't take the XJ through it for obvious reasons. Body damage was eminent that weekend on every rig I seen. I'm not down for that. Its still a good bunch of pictures and some good videos at the bottom. Check it out!
