Princess Auto (Harbor Freight) special. I actually plan on building my own too, I have a ton of leftover chrome wire shelving I'm going to use for the base, and EMT for the rest. This was a cheapie I picked up because I didn't have the time to do so before my road trip in September. $100 or something. Roblaza has the same one

I get those messages to when I'm in certain areas of the state, must be a connection issue.

 

Dunno, reinstalling the app fixed it for about 18 hours. Does it on WiFi here at home and the office and on 3G Maybe this is Apple's way of telling me to upgrade IOS.
