ZJ coil swap under XJ, what spring rates?

Engine: 4.0 with high flow cat and Dynomax exhaust, bored over TB, custom cold air intake, 4 hole injectors

ZJ coil swap under XJ, what spring rates?

So far I have found the posted XJ spring rate as 142# and ZJ as 190# (with a few differences). What I am wondering is what ZJ springs are these ratings from? I have an XJ UpCountry, is their a difference for my spring rate as a posed to the standard spring or is it length? And what is the ZJ rating from, I-6, V8, UpCountry? If you know the different rates for each of these it would be much appreciated. Like the idea of a budget spring swap and would like to know what to expect in height and ride quality with each. Thanks... would prefer to stay away from spacers, and planning a hybrid pack for the rear. Only need 1.5-2" of lift to keep 30"s from rubbing.
