kinda a bad pic... that was before i drilled the hole but u get the picture. i used 3 grade 8's on each side..
just another option for those who want to use a bumper that only mounts too the stock 3 holes
The undercoating spray(and bad eyes) have me seeing something wrong....

I see the three holes at the front where the stock bumper mounts mount. But it looks like you use the steering box holes and the possibility of the LARGE hole at the back.

If you are using all those holes, than you are fine... that is more than adequate for recovery. If I'm not seeing those tie ins... Take a look at the factory tow hook mounts... They use the 3 holes at the front.. plus the lower steering box hole. Plus that large one in the back. The only thing about the large one is that you need to put a sleeve in it.

Back when I bought off the shelf stuff... Custom 4x4 Fabrication made probably the best set of tow hook brackets out there...
About half way down the page, they are still available
http://www.custom4x4fabrication.com/....html#brackets

And its not necessarily the number of connection points.... its the quality of them and the hardware used... I would much rather have 4 good ones with grade 8 hardware than 6 or 7 with cheap steel and grade 5 or 2 hardware....

thanks again guys...

i am probably taking a 45min cruise up there for the heck of it to check out the bumper...if i like it, with unibody tie ins, and it meets my standards i will get it...otherwise if im skeptical i will save a little more money and go with JCR...

when i take a look at it sat. ill snap some pics and post em up later on...

like i said its a bad pic. i did add the holes for the steering box bolts but i do not have bolts on the pass side besides the 3 bumper bolts.

those other holes are rossette welds and it is also welded around the outside
