Xj Wont Turn Over
For the past few days my cherokee has been starting up a little slow. Then a few days ago it would turn over at all in the morning however it started right up that afternoon. Now it wont turn over at all.
Starter is good
Battery is good
Starter relay is good
Battery terminals are clean
What do I do?
P.S. These problems started happening right after I changed my oil. With the filer being right over the starter I thought that might have something to do with it.

Get a multi-meter and test your battery cables. Make sure the contact points at the starter are clean as well. Check you ground cables and make sure those contact points are also clean.
Does your relay click when you turn the ignition key. If not it may be bad or there may be a problem in the wiring between the ignition and the relay.
If you don't have one already, pick up a remote starter switch like the one in the photo below (they cost less than $20). Hook it up between the battery and the starter and see if your battery will actually crank the engine.
If it won't crank with the remote starter either your battery or starter is bad.
Have you actually had it load tested or just checked to see if it is holding 12 volts? There is a big difference. If you haven't had it load tested, pull it and take it to your local auto parts store. They will usually test it for free.
If the battery passes the load test, pull the starter and take it in to be tested. The bushings may have siezed up. New parts fail so don't just assume it's good.
