xj turns over but won't crank

Default xj turns over but won't crank
I have an 01 with a problem that it won't crank but it does turn over and it'll fore just one time here and there if you press the gas pedal a little bit. I did a compression test and it was good and I took the valve cover off nothing was loose and checked injectors they were clean and has a new battery here's a link to my video of what it sounds like
I plan on checking the timing Sunday so if anyone can help please and thanks ahead of time

Turning over and cranking are the same thing. Have you ever thought of checking the battery?

Yes it's brand new like yesterday new and OK its trying to crank but not firing

It seems like it's cranking slow. Are the cables clean and tight?

Before going for the unlikely causes, check fuel and spark and (Busted is right) fix the slow cranking.

Assuming new battery is good, cables are the next step.

If they are good, the starter itself might be bad.
