Default xj start up?

So I just bought a 96 xj country and I have noticed when I start it up I feel 2 or 3 clunks on the floor by my feet. My dad said his jeep use to do the same thing. Possible motor/ tranny mount? Do u guys notice this too? Thanks

Could just be the exhaust banging around. The exhaust has a rubber hanger just before the cat hidden on top of the transmission/transfer case support member (Or w/e it's called lol, you'll see what I mean). Make sure it's still connected there. And just forcefully wiggle the pipes around and make sure it's secure. I think this is common on Jeeps, there's 2 other XJs on my block, they all do it.

Also, If it's the V6 engine, it's more likely to be the pipe coming off the left header (Left from the point of view while driving). That is if it is the exhaust at all.
