Default XJ Sags/Leans to Passenger Side

My XJ sags about an inch on the passenger side, worse in the rear. It sagged with stock suspension and now with 100% new suspension it still does it. Is this normal for XJ’s?

I tightened them at ride height. It’s all polyurethane in the rear and a mix of rubber and Johnny joints in the front though.
