BG makes a good fuel additive. If you can't get BG then just hit up a Walmart or any parts store and pick up seafoam. Both I have used and seems both work well. BG being better though.

You can pour the can into the gas tank. But it gets its "foam" name because you can pour a small amount into the vacuum line that goes from your brake booster to your intake manifold. You do it while its running pouring very tiny amounts in the hose at a time. You will here the motor bog a tiny bit. Use about a third of the bottle that way then the rest pour into you gas tank. Shut if off right after pouring the third into the motor. Wait about 10 min, start her back up amd drive. You will mpst likely have a bunch of white smoke pour out of the exhaust. It's carbon build up finally breaking loose. Which is a good thing. I always do this right before I replace the spark plugs tho. I have heard it can mess the plugs up. That's just me though.

Well I did the sea foam method, reset my ecu and cleaned the throttle body. This passed weekend I discovered I had a small crack on the exhaust manifold(that might explain a small rattle I have coming from under the hood) Can that be an issue with it running rich???

Have you taken it to your local parts store to have them run the scan tool test to check for any codes? Another big fuel consumption issue is the O2 sensors on the exhuast system but, normally your check engine light would be on if it works. Does your check engine light come on when you turn the key to the on position?

No the check engine doesn't come on. Both o2 sensors are like new. They were installed this past January. Along with a high flow cat and super44 muffler

Oxy leaks can contribute to a rich condition.
I would exhaust (pun intended) all the other options first before worrying about the manifold just yet. But you may need a header.
Chances are its cracked in other places too. these stock headers are notorious for cracking.
