Default XJ resurrection-weekend

It's another resurrection-weekend at casa de SJ...

My wife wanted a Cherokee, so I found a $150 not-running 1987 Cherokee Chief for her (blue w/ Chief striping and a blue interior... she likes blue, thank God). It's loaded-out with every option available and has 4.0/AW4/NP231 and a Dana 44.

The starter solenoid stud broke off and the positive cable welded itself to the starter case. It burned the cables and damaged a few small things, but it's no big deal... got it for cheap!

I've got a new Denso starter, aluminum radiator, thermostat (missing), hoses, tune-up parts, valve cover gasket, and a used steering column to install.

I should hear it run on Saturday

SJ

SJ, there are not a lot of parts left on my 87 junker, but if you need some of the small stuff let me know before I have it hauled off.
