Well, you will need a trackbar, brakelines(not sure if you have them), you will want drop brackets and after market arms, also your steering should be upgraded. Also you will have a reverse rake.

can i just go adjustable arms bottom? or should i get a set of them? also why should i go with drop brackets? as for reverse rake that will be fixed with 8.8 install and 4.5 leafs with taller perches on 8.8

Well around 5.5" lift (assuming that is roughly what you'll have after the spacers and bumpers) your ride will be pretty harsh and it will limit flex without the drop brackets. Also the UCA are really weak and can bend easily especially when they have a very steep angle down, cause instead of moving up and down they jam back into the frame. With that amount of lift you should look into an SYE and Driveshaft, but you may get away without one.

I also had the same problems with the bumpers so I now this stuff from experience.
