Xj knock should I be concerned or not?

Xj knock should I be concerned or not?
It’s a nice sounding knock coming from right by the oil pan and the trans somewhere down in the area can be heard in the cabin and outside of the car doesn’t disappear at cold or warm up 250,000 miles did check the flex plate and no cracks or back out bolts thag I can see
any ideas? Is it new engine time first video is in side the cabin second is underneath
