XJ crankshaft 95 into a 2000

XJ crankshaft 95 into a 2000
I have a 2000 that cracked the head, got water in the oil and wiped out the bearings. I got a new head, but need to deal with the bottom end. Are there any problems with using a crank from a 95? Thanks!
