I have a 1998 Cherokee and I was wondering if it would be worth purchasing a new Bushings kit and some new shocks in order to try to get a smoother ride and to make the XJ handle a little better. The XJ does not have a lift and the suspension is stock. Would this be worth the money and make a difference? If so does anyone have any recomendations for shocks/bushings kit?

Maybe Down the road, but only like a 2-3inch

 

i just replaced the sway bar links and bushings on my 98 grand cherokee and that made a big difference. around 50-60 for two links and two bushings

 

Ya my buddy did that on his and he said it helped. They have a full bushings kit for about $130 I was considering buyin that

 

I have a 2000 xj with the same condition. Does anybody know what size bushings i need?
