Hey everyone, I have a 93 xj and need to replace the AC clutch, I am finding contradicting information online as to what year range will fit on my 93. I am most likely going to find what i need at the junk yard since I can't seem to find a clutch for a reasonable price online for my year. Does anyone know what other years may be comparable with mine? Thanks!

 

I know the 97 up jeeps used a different attachment for the AC lines to the compressor so I'm pretty sure the 97 up compressors are different. As for pre 97 there are two different compressors, one wth lines that attach on the back of the compressor, and one with lines that attach on the top of the compressor. As for there clutches, I don't know if there are any differences between the two. Hope this helps. Good luck
