Hello everyone!

My front windshield nozzles fir my xj 88 are broken.

The part number is 56001601 and i can find it anywhere online and there no used parts in my country for 88 only 99+.

Questions :

1- can i swap a newer xj 1999 wiper motor cover with newer nozzles, will they fit

2- i found this mustang nozzles and they look some how similar, will they fit?

If you cant get parts, it sounds like you may have to do some experimenting...

 

Same part number as in the 1994-1996 manual and according to this website, fits 2001 XJ so may have used the same part thoughout all years.

If you can't source new ones, you could probably salvage them from any year XJ.

 

See if you can get one out and take it to the auto store. Dorman makes a couple of universal kits, and one will likely match up.

 

That is what I was going to say.
I know at the store, Napa, we stock some. No idea of what they fit though.
And since they are our NOE line pretty sure that just makes them rebranded Dormans.
