Ok, I got my 92 back on the road after the previous owner let it sit for 2 years. Yes, all the fluids and tune-up parts were replaced, plus brakes. Now, the first problem is the turn signals. When I turn on the turn signals, they function properly outside, but the dash indicators both come on, like 4-ways. All fuses are good and the horn works. Also, I'm trying to find the problem with not having power to my power seats, I noticed a thick black cable that has three wires in it, black, red, yellow. It vanishes into the upper dash above the fuse box somewhere and is not connected to anything on the other end. what the heck is that wire for?

My nerves are as tight as guitar strings and yes, I did check the turn signal fluids and wiring grease.

Anybody actually know how to fix the power seats or know why the 4-way indicators come on when I turn on my turn signals?
