Default WTF misfiring

Just started misfiring today, and i just replaced the distributer cap, and plugs. need some help asap for pointers

check the plugwires,you replaced the rotor to, yes?

Checked the plug wires and they are all fine, and yes changed the rotor also

How did you check them?Just looked at them or tested them?

Pulled em one by one to test for spark, they were just replaced

Along with making sure i didn't blow a head gasket, because it is smoking, bu not bad, (mechanic said its buring the ful sythetic oil) so i checked raid fluid for oil, res raid fluid for bubbles, and oil for milky oil. Thank god i didn't find anything.

Yup i always use a sharpie to put the number cylinder by the cap tips

just double checked to make sure the firing order was correct, could it be the coil? it looks OLD, maybe the original but idk.
