Try dynamic compression?

And don't you have that OBI II turbo tester? No help?

My buddy has a matco tester that's supposed to do drbII but he got the wrong cord. I want to replace everything. My compression tester needs an extension to get into the plug hole.

Where's McGiver when you need him. He could make that cord out of Top Ramon. Was wondering if you get more RPM drop unplugging certain cils, maybe isolate which is grumpy.

It's pretty minimal. I tried that and really no difference. I think its random not just one cylinder. I'm leaning toward exhaust.

Once a girlfriends K-car converter was so badly clogged it was doggen bad. No power. Finely diagnosed it by loosening the bolts at the header flange to make an exhaust leak. Night and day, problem solved. Dealt with the cat and off she went. No idea how that might work with a subtle idle miss....Maybe......

I found out O'Rileys lets you borrow tools free. You deposit the value of the tool. You get your money back when you return it, or you can keep the used tool at full price. Don't know if their compression kit has an extension or not.
