WOW! Love my V-8 GC!!
Drove (well my wife drove) home my new to me 08' V-8 GC Laredo (4x4) yesterday and just WOW! I could not get over the ride! The acceleration was as smooth as butter creme and ride was perfect! What was even more appealing was the mileage! By my calculations, we were getting about 21mpg hwy!! the 4.7 V-8 was felt so much more powerful than the V-8 in my Suburban (weight to engine ration?) Just everything was what it is supposed to be....cabin noise was low, seat comfort, ride...the handling characteristics were so responsive that my wife had some trouble getting used to it. I kind of felt like the interior controls were a little spartan compared to the Subrban, but this is a sweet vehicle. Thanks to all those that screamed...."V-8!! get the V-8!!!"
Now IO just need to figure out where and what all this thing can and will do AND how to do it!!
Is the 4x4 fulltime high with a limited slip? ie: AWD that can shift int a 4 Low?

You might get a little more input on what you can do to her In the GC Section. I'm sure you may get some input here just saying the GC area would probably be your best bet for the best input.
i know it my pops wife has a 5.7 hemi and all the bells and whistles and its a beast, but i just couldn't offroad without solid axles just my old ways i guess, but in that case i wouldn't want to offroad it its got chrome wheels. let me just add they pull a 27ft camper all the time with it and they say u can't even tell its there
oh..this thing is all the wife's...it will be truly what I have seen/heard called..."Mall Rated" ....I am eyeballing a couple of 2000 model Cherokees and a couple of square headlighted Wranglers for myself. I have an old Suburban that I will be selling or trading, but that is down the road some.
