just got this Jeep ran great then turned the key and nothing. Pushed shift lever and fired right up. Worked great another 3 days then nothing. Charged and checked battery voltage 12.7 v . Cleaned terminals and have 12volts to Alt. But at starter solenoid only have 6.2v. Interior lights dim and flashing even after key is removed. I disconnected the battery and gave up for the night. Any idea?

If it's a V8, it's either a Grand Cherokee or somebody dropped in a different engine.

The Grand Cherokee (which is not a Cherokee, it's a Grand Cherokee) forum is over here.

By the way, it's generally considered impolite to ignore questions asked by people who are volunteering their time and knowledge to you free of charge.
