I finally got around to cheeking my fuses & found one bad fuse. I replaced it & checked what I hoped would fix my washer pump problem, it didn't work. I took the key out & went back inside. Later on I was going to go somewhere & it wouldn't start. I found out that I put the ignition fuse in the wrong slot & I put it back in. It now turns over, but won't start! It's a 98, so I know it's fuel injected & I don't think it's flooded! Also worth noting is the relays are constantly clicking real loud! Any ideas? I'm just about at my wits end!

 

replace the relay that is clicking? mine was doing the same thing

 

try seein if your fuel filter is clogged or maybe have a bad injector

Fuel filter mite be, but I doubt it's the injectors. The engine only has 80,500 miles on it! Keep the ideas coming guys!
