I'd like to know as well, starting to have some trouble as well. Checked the Clutch res, and fluid is fine, and full.

More than likely clutch replacement time. However, just because reservior is full and you see no fluid leaks doesn't mean that the slave cylinder is weak or bad.

Your clutch went out, that happened to me on my way home from work one day last year when i had my S10. Had to shift without the clutch.
Sorry, does the clutch work? My clutch just totally went out, i pushed the pedal to the floor and nothing.
Dumbass before me put the clutch plate in backwards, the springs were rubbing on the flywheel. Couldn't believe it.

Since we need to push in the CLUTCH it's Manual....but thanks for trying.
Ok, not trying to doubt anyone, just want to make 100% sure, clutch res is full and I don't have any play in the clutch, matter of fact it take more force to push down than any manual I ever drove. So does that mean it's going bad?

Maybe a transmission fluid drop and refill is in order. Add some Lucas oil stabilizer and it helps for a while, untill you can get your transmission rebuilt or replaced.

If you've always got plenty of pressure in the pedal, bleeding it isn't necessary. If your pedal randomly went to the floor, then maybe. But it does sound like your transmission. My old cherokee would grind going into reverse, and would sometimes be knotchy going into second. Like I said before, Lucas helps. But when you're going into reverse, make sure you're completely stopped and if you're starting from a stand still, sometimes putting it through some of the other gears will help get it into reverse. That being said, if you can't shift into first or second at all without cutting it off, your tranny needs to be rebuilt or replaced. And if you have a decent junk yard, you could get the same transmission with less mileage and replace it yourself. Your haynes and or chiltons manual can walk you right through it.

I'd vote for bad synchros, personally. Won't let the gears mesh up. First, second, and reverse seem to be the ones that've always gone first on me.
Only problem is, if it's not going into gear when your engine is off, then it's probably more than just synchros going south in your trans. if it's doing the higher gears just fine, then your clutch is most likely okay. Just my 2 cents.
