Question Won’t start.

I need some advice.
96 XJ Classic :
When I bought this one 6 ish months ago, I had absolutely no issues with it. Now I can’t even get it to start.
When I took it to the shop, they made it worse. Now my windshield wipers, charging port, and AC don’t work. Everything worked prior to that, I just couldn’t get it to start.
I was told it was a relay issue and nothing more. When you try and start it from the ignition, nothing. If you mess with the starter relay, you can get it to spin over, but it still won’t start. If I do manage to get it started, the moment you let off the throttle, it dies again. I'm thinking ground cables???
I have a 98 XJ and Love it...

Change the relay you mess with and then check the ignition switch and wiring and the check all fuses ,

Does it start in neutral? If so ,it could be the NSS.

I'd really suspect a bad ignition switch.
