Hello, i have been trying to fix the problem with a PCI line being short to ground for a while. The Jeep would start and turn off after 1-2s, windows and cluster arent working. I have been looking for a while, did a scan via diagnostic and got a P1652 (J1850 comm bus malfunction, permanent) error code. I looked for the pci lines and found 9 wires going in a connector and being connected together with a plug (1st image). I checked with multimeter and found the short to ground in the top left wire. I cut if and now the jeep started all fine, cluster works but windows dont work and left side doesnt work and the button lights dont work. I looked where the wire goes and found it next to the passenger legs spot (2nd image). Now i have no pinout where this connector connects and where it goes, i looked a bit and i think the wire that comes out from the connector is yellow with purple stripes on side. It goes somewhere up, i couldnt follow it anymore where it goes. Does anyone know what this wire is for, where it goes and how do i find the short to ground?
