Default wiring reverse lights to toggle switch

my backup lights dont always come on and i know its prolly my nss but my jeep starts up everytime without having to wiggle the shifter. so i was wondering what the easiest way to wire the reverse lights to a toggle without having to run alot of wire

It'd be easiest to just run a relay, new switch, wiring, and an actual aftermarket light.

NM. I was going to suggest a temporary switch added to the NSS connector, but after reviewing the shared connection with the TCU, I think it's a bad idea.
