Default Wiring Harness/cable on driver side floor

Hi, does anyone know what is in the wire/cable run on driver's side floor? There are two of them, one I need help with is thick. Other one is only a few wires. Have rust out I'm trying to patch and nicked the wire "loom". Not sure what I may have damaged. 2001 Cherokee Classic. TIA.

Pictures help but I am guessing that you are talking about your main interior wiring harness,
Connects under the dash at about where the hood release is and runs all the way to the back in the cargo area behind the plastic.
Runs a list of things depending on the options in the Jeep so.....

On the earlier models, the wiring harness for the power door locks and mirrors runs along the floor across the width of the vehicle. A separate harness is also there for power seats. Not sure if it's the same on the newer models...
