wiring harness?
so i am most likely going to be replacing my whole wiring harness and i want the bare min, just to run and start and perform along with the heat controls... anyone make a kit thats not from painless? their prices are crazy

You are not going to find a complete wiring harness for cheap. If you're having electrical issues, It's be way more cost and time effective to learn how to trace electrical issues and fix them.
