Hey guys I recently did s engine swap to my 1990 jeep Cherokee renix I'm familiar with the 91 and above jeep but not the renix I have two fires that I can't seem to find where they go one is a small green tire and the other is a brown and yellow wire connected to terminal here are some pics any help will be great thanks

Ohh and does the alternator only hand one red wire to it that goes to a relay?

Yellow and Black go to alternator with that 2 wire plug?

The Green may be from the solenoid on the passenger fender.

Yea I think you are right about the 2 wore connector I just had a blank moment last night lol but the green wire I have no clue I think that green wire is connected to a relay o have no clue I'm not familiar with renix electronics only my 91 jeep

It's true that the renix only uses relays and no computers correct?

Note from DJ
You need a ring terminal on a dark green wire attached to the threaded terminal on the starter solenoid.

See if you are missing this wire?

So you're saying the green wire goes to the small terminal in the starter solenoid that actually makes sense now because I couldn't find a wire for the solenoid

Renix has an engine computer.

Tip 9 covers the TCU location.

TCU is here:

Ground cable generally goes to another location, but at the dipstick tube stud is a great place for it. See Tip 1.
