Wipers work when....

Wipers work when....
If I turn the key to on without the Cherokee running the wipers work just fine. Start the Cherokee and they don't work. What could cause this? Couldn't find anyone else that has had this problem.

is there any other things not working ? you could have a ignition switch going bad you can try starting your jeep and then wiggle the ignition switch around and see if the wipers start working .
