They seem to work fine. Just that when I turn them off, they don't go to the bottom. Kind of annoying while driving to have them stuck up. Am I correct in assuming this is the Wiper Control Module going bad? If so, is it up under the dash? Or could it be the motor itself?

Ever figure this out? Mine parks at random spots. Always almost in park but usual. Between 20 to 30 degrees. It will park once in a while though.

Good chance the wiper motor bolts are loosening up.

You can go to AZ or AA and pick up a HELP pack with new bushings for your linkage. Easy to install and will solve your problem. I believe there is a write up on one of these forums. I did it and it works great. The pack contains a number of bushings, use only those that fit your vehicle.

Be sure to remove the motor, linkage, and pivots all in one piece. Fix what's wrong and reinstall the same way.
